The programme in international business prepares Finnish and international students for a career in international business.

Apart from general business competence and knowledge of international business operations, the student will have acquired a special competence in at least one business subject, either in “e-Business and Distribution” or in “Financial Management”. The student will have acquired this through his Core Studies, Extension Studies, Degree Thesis project and through the Apprenticeship at a company.

The course work in the Programme balances theoretical knowledge with practical knowledge. Projects and the analysis of real life business cases is a vital ingredient in each course. Many courses also require the passing of an examination. Self-reliance is fostered as well as ability to work in multicultural teams.
